At Foothills Property Inspections, we bring a unique blend of experience, dedication, and passion to every inspection. Our team has a diverse background, with years of experience in management, sales, client services, and as an NC real estate broker. OUR BACKGROUND
In 2019, I earned my real estate broker’s license and spent a year working in the field. While we chose to step back after that time, the experience deepened our understanding of the real estate industry and reinforced the critical role thorough home inspections play in property transactions.
Before transitioning into real estate, we also worked in framing construction earlier in our career. This hands-on experience in the building industry provides us with valuable insights into the structural integrity and craftsmanship of homes, allowing us to identify potential issues during inspections with an expert eye.
